Jennifer Aniston is officially part of the Pvolve workout family, as shared on the star’s Instagram early Tuesday morning. The science-led method combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment to “deliver results beyond a traditional workout.”
Best of all, you can order bundles, do it from home, and you have 30 days to return it if you’re not satisfied with results.
“SO proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers,” the LolaVie founder posted in a video. “This is one of my favorite workouts—and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come.”
According to an annoucment on the brand’s site, Aniston Jen’s love for Pvolve started in 2021 when she was recovering from a back injury. “I don’t feel like myself when I’m not able to workout,” Aniston said. “I had a friend who had already been doing Pvolve and not only did I notice her complete transformation—physically in her energy level—but she also explained that Pvolve is functional fitness that respects where your body is at and allows you to work around your current limitations.”

“It was so user-friendly, you just start in little tiny chunks, tiny steps,” Aniston also told People.com. “And then next thing you know, you’ve done four 20-minute classes because you just want to keep going.”
And, as she shared, nowadays staying fit is part of a bigger “wellness evolution” she experienced as she’s gotten older.

“It’s just calories in, calories out, nutrition, what are you feeding your body? Don’t eat crap. You’ve got to get the right amount of sleep. You’ve got to drink tons and tons and tons of water. You also have to give yourself the 20 percent of fun and gluttony and have a good time and indulge. For me, I couldn’t do that saintly, never go off the rails or deviate from the plan of perfect wellness because I like to enjoy myself.”
